Will you fix anything during the visit?
No. These visits are focused on education and inspection only. If repairs are needed, we’ll provide clear options for you to review.
What’s the difference between this and a service call?
A consultation visit is designed to look over your system and provide insight. A service call is for diagnosing and repairing a specific issue.
Will I receive pricing for repairs?
If something is found, we can provide clear repair options, but detailed diagnosis may require a separate visit.
Is the consultation fee applied toward repairs?
Yes. Your consultation fee is credited toward any repair or Guardian360 membership within 7 days.
What is Guardian360?
Guardian360 is our plumbing protection plan that includes routine checkups, priority service, and member pricing to help you stay ahead of plumbing problems.
Do I need to prepare anything before the visit?
Just make sure we have access to key areas like water heaters, sinks, and exterior hose connections.
What if my home is larger or more complex?
We’ll let you know upfront if additional time is needed. No surprises.
Can you check a specific issue during the visit?
We can look at it and explain what we see, but full diagnosis and repair require a separate service appointment.
Fine Print
• Consultation visits are educational and observational only. No repairs or diagnostics are performed during these visits.
• Consultation fees are credited toward any repair or Guardian360 membership completed within 7 days of the visit.
• Pricing includes homes up to 2,000 sq ft, 3 full bathrooms, 2 stories, and one water heater. Additional systems or larger homes may require additional time and cost.
• Sewer and drain camera inspections require an accessible, code-approved exterior cleanout.
• Water, gas, and drain systems are evaluated visually and through limited non-invasive checks only. Hidden or inaccessible conditions may not be identified.
• No disassembly, wall opening, or permit-required work is performed during consultation visits.
• If further investigation is needed, a separate diagnostic service will be recommended before repairs.
• Consultation visits are scheduled in geographic time blocks to improve efficiency and reduce travel costs.
