✔ Consultation visits are educational and observational only — no repairs or full diagnostics are performed
✔ Consultation fees are credited toward repairs or Guardian360 if completed within 7 days
✔ Standard pricing covers homes up to 2,000 sq ft, 3 bathrooms, 2 stories, and one water heater
Additional systems or larger homes may require more time and cost
✔ Sewer and drain camera inspections require an accessible, code-approved exterior cleanout
✔ Plumbing systems are evaluated through visual and non-invasive checks only
Hidden or inaccessible issues may not be identified
✔ No disassembly, wall opening, or permit-required work is performed during these visits
✔ If further investigation is needed, a separate diagnostic service may be recommended
✔ Visits are scheduled in geographic time blocks to improve efficiency and reduce travel time
